The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the licence granted to the Petitioner under Section 1 / 2 April 16, 2018

51-wp-315-2018.doc 394 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 has been subsequently renewed from time to time and lastly it is renewed upto 31 December 2018. Copies of the three licences are placed on record showing that the licences have been renewed for the calendar years 2016-17 and 2017-18. The same are taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. In view of this subsequent development, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.
