Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that an arbitral tribunal has now been constituted and is seized of the matter. Learned Counsel submits that any application that his client proposes to make for interim orders shall now be moved before the arbitral tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The present petition is not pressed, in the premises.

The arbitration petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to move the arbitral tribunal for interim reliefs under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
