This Appeal under Section 35G of Central Excise Act, Sharayu Pandurang Khot by Sharayu Pandurang Khot Date:
2018.09.12 15:04:45 +1200 1944 challenges the order dated 16th April 2015 passed by Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. 1 / 2 September 11, 2018

The instructions / circular dated 11th July 2018 issued by the Central Board of Indirect Tax and Customs directs the Revenue not to file fresh Appeals and also withdraw the pending Appeals where the tax effect is less than Rs. 50.00 Lakhs.

In the above view, Ms. Cardozo, learned Counsel appearing in support of the Appeal, on instructions of Shri. Shyam Raj Prasad, Commissioner, (CGST & CX), Mumbai South, seeks to withdraw the Appeal. In fact, Shri. Shyam Raj Prasad the Commissioner (CGST & CX), Thane has filed a purshis dated 11th September 2018 to the above effect. The same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
