The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay may be borne by the Plaintiff ;

(b) Cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- be awarded and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver.

"

The Plaintiff through their Manager (Credit) undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
