The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and cost, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver may be born by the Plaintiffs as per the provisional statement prepared by this registry;

(b) Cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- be awarded and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver.

The Plaintiff through their Advocate undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
