The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver may be borne by the Plaintiffs as per the provisional statement by this registry.

(b) Cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- be awarded and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver.

"

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs shall be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
