Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they may be permitted to take out appropriate Application for extension of time to lodge the order dated 17/06/2015 in the office of the Court Receiver.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit/pay the Court Receiver's charges in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) within 3 weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner following order is passed:

Liberty granted to the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings for extension of time to lodge the order dated 17/06/2015 in the office of the Court Receiver, Mumbai within 2 weeks from today, failing which the Court Receiver shall stand discharged without further reference to the court. b.

Three weeks time is granted to the Petitioner to pay the Court Receiver's charges as per clauses (b) and (c) in the office of the Court Receiver. c.

If the Petitioner fails to pay the Court Receiver's charges, Liberty granted to the Court Receiver to move this court for further orders. d.

Court Receiver report stands disposed of accordingly.
