Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no objection if Court Receiver's report is made absolute. She submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to pay cost of this report as well as other charges of the Court Receiver within 4 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, following order is passed:

a.

Court Receiver's report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c), which read thus: Basavraj G Patil 1/2

7.664.15-crr (a) Court Receiver be discharged in view of the non-lodgement of petition and order by Petitioner company.

(b) The cost, charges of Court Receiver may kindly be directed to be paid by the Petitioner payable to the office of the Court Receiver.

(c) Cost of this report in the sum of Rs.3000/- be recovered from the Petitioner, therein.

Four weeks time is granted to the Petitioner to pay Court Receiver's charges.

c.

If the Court Receiver's charges are not paid within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, liberty granted to the Court Receiver to move before this court.

d.

Court Receiver's report stands disposed of accordingly.
