"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing of accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as per the provisional statement of accounts prepared by this registry upon taking inspection.

(b) Costs of Rs.3,000/- towards this report be awarded against Plaintiff.
