By an order dated 10 last Will and Testament of Vijaykumar Vishwamitter Khosla. The learned A.B.Kakde 1/3

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, today, points out that there was an error in the Original Schedule-I filed along with the Probate Petition. He invites my attention to Item No. 9 of the Original Schedule in which the error is stated to have occurred. Item No. 9 of the Original Schedule reads thus: 9.

Office Premise bearing Unit No. 401 admeasuring Rs. 3,60,83,970.00 5459 sq. ft. at Nyati Millenieum Premises Co-op Society Ltd, Survey No: 209, Viman Nagar, Pune 411 014 with Car Parking & Two-wheeler spaces. The said office premise is rented to Bajaj Finance Ltd and fetches a rent of Rs. 3,47,571/- per month. Rs. 26,92,474.00 The total rent received from 1st May 2021 till 9th December, 2021.

He points out that the same is required to be corrected as more particularly set out in Schedule of Amendment which is annexed at page 64 to the petition (Exh.-C).

I have heard learned Counsel and perused a copy of the said Interim Application and find that the same is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.

The present Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the office of the Hon'ble Court to amend "Schedule -I" i.e. "Schedule of Property"annexed to the Probate dated 10th March, 2022 granted by this Hon'ble Court as per the Schedule of Amendment annexed hereto as Exhibit "C".

The Interim Application is disposed of.
