The present Interim Application seeks to amend Testamentary Petition No. 3654 of 2021 as also the grant dated 13 th September, 2022.

Learned counsel submits that the name of the deceased has incorrectly being stated as that the alias of the deceased Mr. Poundalik Bhika Bodade has omitted to be mentioned and thus require to be added. 3.

I have heard learned counsel perused a copy, I am satisfied that the amendment placed to be allowed in the interest of justice and complied with. Manoj Wakle 1/2

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(a) That the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition and the Original Grant dated 13th September 2022 in terms of the Schedule of Amendment annexed as Ex. "D" hereto . ;" 5.
