Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By this application, the applicant / original petitioner is seeking post grant amendment of letters of administration issued on 04.11.2022. It is stated that in description of property at Sr. No.2 of Schedule I to the original petition, due to oversight, the words 'HDFC Bank Ltd.' were used instead of the correct description i.e. 'Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited'.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amendment as sought at exhibit B to the present application may be allowed in the interest of justice.

Having perused the material on record, this Court is convinced that the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 5.
