1] The Official Liquidator has further tagged two properties in the name of Company which is ordered to be wound up and is already in liquidation and this include the following two properties : Sr.No. Particulars Address Flat 101, Pluto Apartment, Near Marbalanrk Race Course Road, Vadodara 390 007.

Office Premises/Shops (Bearing Shop Nos.711 and 712) Sakar II, Opp. Town Hall, near Ellis Bridge Police Station, Ahmadbad 380 006.

(4)OLR-162-2022.doc In the wake of aforesaid revelation, the Official Liquidator seek permission to break open the lock put on the two premises mentioned above, as he intend to put the same for sale. 2] Before that, the Official Liquidator also seek permission to appoint a Valuer for preparing inventory list and valuation of the said properties and pay the valuation charges as per the invoice that would be raised, from the funds lying in the credit of the company in liquidation as the said properties are found to be owned by the company.

3] In the wake of above, OLR stands allowed in terms of Prayer clause (a) and (b).
