The learned Counsel for the Applicant/Claimant has also sought defreezing of HDFC Bank Account No.50100161206255 KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV (Saving Account), IFSC Code 400240041 which till date is frozen in by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2024.01.11 18:34:41 +0530 the Application under Section 17 of the Original Claimant which had been allowed.

In view thereof, the Execution Application No.1417 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Branch Manager of HDFC Bank situated at 101-104, Tulsiani Chambers, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400 021 is directed to defreeze Account No.50100161206255 (Saving Account), IFSC Code 400240041 which is frozen by the sole Arbitrator.

This is in view of the Award being satisfied and the Execution Application being withdrawn.
