By this interim application, it is prayed that the order dated 15th November 2022 dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution be recalled and writ petition be restored to file. This prayer is not seriously opposed by the learned counsel for respondent no.3. 2.

Considering reasons mentioned in the application, coupled with the fact that the 1st applicant's husband - Shivdas expired on 13th July 2022, the order dated 15th November 2022 is recalled and writ petition is restored to file.
