Though the petition is replete with assertions that the Officers of the Respondents had sought to coerce the Petitioners, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that these assertions are not being pressed in light of the reply affidavit filed by the Respondents in which it is stated that the investigation is in progress and after following necessary provisions of law, steps would be taken and the
