Heard Mr. Shettigar, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner.

This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for seeking post granted amendment in respect of Grant of Probate dated 06.04.2021 issued by this Court. The rectification of the probate is required to be carried out. The rectification sought for by the Applicant is in the Schedule of Amendment at Exhibit "B" page No.24 of the Interim Application.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and '
b' which read thus:- "a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the Petition and Schedule-I of the aforesaid Probate Petition, as per the Schedule of Amendment annexed as Exhibit-B to this Application.
b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Amended Probate to the Petitioner, after incorporating the amended properties and the additional properties belonging to the said deceased, as per the Schedule of Amendment annexed as Exhibit-B to this Application."

Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is directed to accept the original grant for carrying out rectification as directed by this Court.

The rectification shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 7.
