After this petition was heard for some time, Ms. Anchan, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions in the pending suit or appeal from order arising from the said proceedings. 2.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions of the parties in the pending proceedings are expressly kept open.

Needless to observe that if the petitioner files any application for amendment in the suit, the same be decided by the Civil Court in accordance with law.
