This is an Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Arbitration Act") seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties out of an agreement dated 4th March 2016. 2.

None appeared for the Respondents though served. Affidavit of Service dated 19th January 2024 is taken on record. 3.

(ii) The learned Arbitrator is requested to file his disclosure statement under Section 11(8) and Section 12(1) within four weeks with the Prothonotary and Senior Master and provide copies to the parties.

(iii) Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on a date to be fixed by him at his earliest convenience. The preliminary meeting may be held via Video Conference.

(iv) Fees payable to the Sole Arbitrator will be in accordance with the Bombay High Court (Fee Payable to Arbitrators) Rules, 2018. (v) Office to notify the Arbitrator about his appointment. (vi) Arbitration Application is disposed of in the above terms. (vii) No orders as to costs.
