The present Judges Order is sought to enable the Petitioner to open the locker bearing No.000571B, which was held in the name of the deceased, in presence of an officer of Bank of India, Amritsar Road Mall Branch, Punjab - 143001.

Learned Counsel submits that a slight modification is required in the Judges Order as approved by the Testamentary Registrar since this is a case of an uncontested grant. He, therefore, requests that the bracketed portion in the said Judges Order be deleted.
