Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 8 to 41 submits that the Respondents have also filed before AGRC an being Application/ A.B.Kakde 1/2

19-wp-239-2023.doc Appeal No. 210 of 2021. Learned Counsel submits that tomorrow this matter is listed on board before the AGRC. However, he requested that AGRC may be directed to dispose of the said Application expeditiously. 4.

In view thereof, parties submit that nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Present Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. 5.

The AGRC to dispose of the said Application of Respondent Nos. 8 to 41 expeditiously. This court has not express any view on the merits of the matter. (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J) A.B.Kakde 2/2
