By this petition, the petitioner is seeking probate of will dated 01.06.2020. This was a joint will executed by both the deceased. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that all the office objections have been removed and that the consent affidavits are on record, stating that this is an uncontested petition. Copies of death certificates are on record.

In view of the fact that this is an uncontested petition and consent affidavits are already on record and that all the office objections have been removed, there is no impediment in granting probate of will dated 01.06.2020.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer made therein.
