The present Interim Application has been filed seeking withdrawal of an amount of Rs.1,75,500/- along with accrued interest thereon, which was deposited by the Applicant in this Court on 28/02/2017 pursuant to the consent terms and the order dated 21/10/2016 passed in Writ Petition No.2952 of 2015.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and 3Bank, being only contesting party in the matter, submits that he has no Mugdha

In view of the above, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under :- "a.

The Applicant be allowed to withdraw balance amount of Rs.1,75,500/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand and Five Hundred Only) along with accrued interest thereon, which were deposited by the Applicant in this Hon'ble Court on 28.02.2017 pursuant to Consent Terms and order dated 21.10.2016 passed in Writ Petition No.2952 of 2015;"

The Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the present order.
