Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Report is filed seeking ratification of action of Official Liquidator in appointing valuer for inventorization and valuation of the assets of the company in liquidation.

In the order dated 7 December 2022 in IAL 2534 of 2021 this Court has directed the Official Liquidator to take out a report seeking directions for sale of the property of the company in liquidation. Valuation of the assets of the Company in liquidation would assist the Court in properly adjudicating the IAL 2534 of 2021 as well.

Hence, the Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Interim Applications along with OLR No.36 of 2021 be listed on 18 January 2023.
