Parties have today tendered consent terms by which it is stated that the parties have resolved their disputes & differences in the captioned Suit. The consent terms have been signed by the Appellant (Original Defendant) and the Respondent (Original Plaintiff) as also their respective advocates.

It is thus that the learned advocates request that the present Appeal be disposed of in terms of the consent terms handed in. The consent terms are therefore taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Appeal as also all interlocutory proceedings are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.
