The impugned order records the despicable conduct of Appellant. There is nothing to indicate that what the learned Single Judge has recorded in the order is incorrect. The Counsel does not even say that Appellant who is Defendant No. 2 in the suit did not commit breach of the ad-interim order.

In the circumstances, we see no reason to interfere. Appeal dismissed.
