By this Interim Application, the original petitioner no.1 seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of petitioner no.2, who expired on 22 nd July 2022.

Though the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2-Municipal Corporation opposes the prayer, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, we find that the permission, as sought, deserves to be granted. 2.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed. The legal heirs of deceased petitioner no.2 are permitted to be brought on record. The cause-title Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:
