The Interim Application is infructuous. It is filed by various members of the Petitioner society. They filed this on the basis that ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2023.02.08 10:04:05 +0530 the committee of the Petitioner society was disqualified and the society was under administratorship. That order has been stayed in separate proceedings and the Petitioner committee is now properly 6th February 2023

27-OSIA-18-2023 IN WP-482-2022.DOC represented by its committee members who will instruct their Advocates. The Interim Application for intervention is infructuous and is disposed of as such.
