This Hon'ble Court by an order dated 24 th November, 2021 was pleased to grant Letters of Administration in respect of the property and credits belonging to one Ramesh Krishnaji Dandekar ("the deceased") to the Applicant/Petitioner.

Learned Counsel today submits that through oversight certain moveable assets of the deceased had remained to be mentioned in Schedule-I of LGC

2 (6) IA-363.23.doc the Testamentary Petition. It is thus that the present Interim Application for the amendments sought to Schedule-I. The Applicant/Petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased.

I have heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner as also perused a copy of the said Interim Application and I find that the same is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 4.

Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- (a) The Applicant be granted leave to amend the Petition and the Original Grant of Letters of Administration dated 24th November, 2021, by adding therein proposed amendments in Exhibit "B" hereto."
