The present Interim Application seeks amendment to the Succession Certificate that was granted by this Court to the Applicant on 12 th April, 2022.

Learned counsel points out that the fix deposit number has been erroneously stated in the original petition. He therefore seeks correction. He seeks to have bank fix deposit account number change in the Succession Certificate.

Learned counsel submits that the Applicant became aware of this fact only when the Applicant was intimated of the same by the bank. 4.

I have heard learned counsel perused a copy of the said Interim Application and find that the same deserves to be allowed. 5.

Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "a. Be pleased to allow to amend the Schedule of Debts of the Petition as per the Draft schedule, annexed and marked as Exhibit - B and the same to be incorporated in the Original Succession Certificate issued in T.P. No. 1526 of 2021." 6.
