Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By this application, the applicant seeks post-grant amendment in succession certificate issued on 17.09.2013.

It is the case of the applicant that after the grant was issued, certain further properties lying to the credit of the deceased, came to the knowledge of the applicant. The proposed amendment is at Exhibit B and at Exhibit B-1 is the draft schedule of amendment.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:

That the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment as per the schedule and Proposed Amendment annexed hereto as "Ex-B" and "Ex-B/1;".

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.
