The petitioner claimed to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Since his tribe claim has been turned down by the respondent/Scrutiny Committee, he is before us. 3.

Although the learned AGP has reservation to allow this petition, the fact is that this Court vide order dated 18.07.2024 in Writ Petition No.7441 of 2024 granted validity certificate to petitioner's daughter. The said order was passed relying on the validity certificates granted to other blood relations of the petitioner. We have therefore no option but to grant petitioner conditionally validity.

In result, writ petition is allowed partly. Impugned judgment and order dated 14.12.2021 passed by respondent/Scrutiny

1032-wp-120-2022.odt (2) Committee is hereby quashed and set aside. The committee shall issue certificate of validity to the petitioner. The said validity shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters which the Committee has decided to reopen. The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equity. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J.) (R.G.
