In both these appeals, we have extensively heard the learned Advocates for the appellants and the learned Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent / State on 10-02-2021. 2.

Shri P.V. Tapse Patil, learned Advocate for respondent no.2 has canvassed before us by saying that "All appeals be rejected".

The learned Advocate submits, on instructions, from the appellant that the appellant in Criminal Appeal No.676 of 2020 prays for an order. As such, this appeal is closed for orders. 4.

The learned Advocate for the appellant Mr S.J. Salunke submits, on instructions, that the appellant desires to withdraw his appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No.1 of 2021. As such, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
