Heard Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The learned A. G. P. states that, the decision pursuant to the orders of this Court is already taken.

Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, till date the petitioners have not been served with the copy of the order passed by respondents. The learned A. G. P. states that, the copy of the said order is annexed with the

In the light of that, the order of this Court though belatedly stands complied. The contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of.

The petitioners are at liberty to assail the order as may be permissible in law.
