The limited issue raised in the present writ petition filed by the petitioners is that instead of the measurement of gut no. 510/1 admeasuring 6 R, Gut No.518/1/2 admeasuring 1 H, Gut no. 519/6 admeasuring 40 R and the disputed boundaries, the entire survey number should be surveyed in order to ascertain the boundary marks.

By an affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the soleRespondent, it is stated that it is desirable that both the survey numbers including road on the government land should be surveyed. Learned counsel for Respondent has produced government challan endorsing payment made and the remark

2 / 2 25wp453-23 shows for measurement of Mauje Gangakhed survey No.510, 518 and survey No.519. As such, the entire dispute stand resolved, as now what will be measured is Survey Nos.510, 518 and 519. 3.

Nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
