PER COURT:

1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tribe Certificate are issued to the petitioner by the Sub Divisional Officer. The proposal is not accepted by the committee on the ground that the Tribe Certificate is not issued in Form `C'.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents. 3] In case, the certificate issued to the petitioner is not in the appropriate form then, the petitioner shall surrender the original certificate received by her from the SDO and the SDO on confirming genuineness of the said certificate shall issue the certificate in Form `C'/appropriate form expeditiously. The same shall be done within 4 weeks from the date of surrender of original certificate by the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
