PER COURT :- 1) Learned Government Pleader, appearing for the State, points out that the programme of election, in the instant matter, has already been published on 4th March, 2015 and the process of election has been set in motion. In this view of the matter, no interference is called for in the on-going process of election of the co-operative society, in view of Judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Sant Sadguru Janardhan Swami (Mounigiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., reported in 2001 (8) SCC 509.

2) Keeping option of the petitioners, to avail of alternate remedies available in law open, at appropriate stage, the writ petition stands disposed of.
