After arguing for some time, when this court was not inclined to grant interim relief, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, so as to avail alternate remedy of appeal before the Commissioner. He states that even before the appeal period is over, the impugned order is sought to be executed.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. All the contentions are kept open. The impugned order shall not be implemented for a period of three days from today.
