I have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner who has drawn my attention to

(2) wp2.21 the record made available with the petition paper book. 2.

The learned Government Pleader points out the order dated 31-03-2018 vide which the District Collector has disqualified these petitioners who had failed in submitting their statements of election expenses, under Section 14-B of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act.

In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law, pursuant to the election results.

In view of above, these petitions are disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to avail of the remedy as may be permissible in law.
