Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

The applicant seeks to condone delay of 161 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the application.

The reasons as stated in the application shows that, apparently delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. The respondents have not controverted the reasons as stated in the application.

In that view of the matter, case is made out condone the delay. Hence, application is allowed. Delay of 161 days caused

After registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks. Learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.1. Call for record and proceeding.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that entire amount as per award passed by the Tribunal is deposited with the Registry of this Court.
