The first application is filed by the respondent/workman for listing the writ petition for final hearing. Same is allowed as the petition is lodged in 1999 and order passed by this Court on 11/05/2017, this petition is already listed for final hearing on 27/07/2017.

The second civil application which was filed for claiming increase in salary and diwali bonus, stands disposed of with liberty to the workman to canvass the said point in the writ petition which is being listed for final hearing.
