The present applicant, who is arrested by Hingoli (Rural) Police Station, Dist. Hingoli in Crime no. 43 of 2014 for the offences punishable under section 302, 307, 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, is praying for his release on bail.

His earlier application bearing Criminal Application no.5993 of 2014 was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 27/11/2014, with liberty to file similar application in case the trial is not concluded within six months.

This is second bail application of the applicant.

So far as present applicant - Arjun S/o Gangaram Pathade is concerned, the material on record would that he has joined not only in assaulting the mother of the complainant by entering in the house but he was also one of the co-assailant so far as the deceased is concerned.

Mr. Deshmukh submits that some similarly situated accused are already released on bail. 6.

However, upon perusal of the material, it is found that the case of the present applicant is
