I have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also heard the learned Government Pleader on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4 and the learned standing counsel on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 5. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions and take recourse to a remedy as may be available in law as against their disqualification with reference to the earlier election of 2015 and prefer an election petition if aggrieved by the election of any candidate.

In view of above, these petitions are disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
