Mr. Choukidar, the learned counsel submits that, the Committee would revisit the issue about whether to fill in the post of I. T. Manager by promotion or otherwise. 2.

Till the respondent/Committee takes positive decision upon the same, the post of I. T. Manager shall not be filled in by direct nomination.

The learned counsel for the Committee submits that, the

2 ca 108.16 meeting of the Committee is proposed to be scheduled on 24.02.2016. The decision in respect of filling in the post of I. T. Manager by promotion or otherwise shall be taken by 24.02.2016. In view of that, the civil application is disposed of. 4.
