Learned counsel for the applicants states that this civil application for legal heirs of deceased appellant no.3 has been filed within prescribed period of time.

It is further being submitted that deceased appellant no. 3's wife Sunita is also no more and accordingly pursis has been filed. Learned counsel submits that since legal heirs of deceased

CA-8641.12 appellant no.3, namely, Sachin, Kiran and Vaishali are on record, they be shown as legal heirs also of deceased Sunita. Office to take note of the same.

In the circumstances, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
