None present for the petitioners. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that during pendency of this writ petition, respondent No.4 died on 3.8.2011 and accordingly he has given intimation about the same in the Registry of this Court, as provided under Order XXII Rule 10A of C.P.C.. However, till this date, the petitioners have not taken any steps to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent No.4, who was the only contesting party in this matter. Even on earlier occasions this Court has recorded absence of petitioners and their counsel.

In view of above, writ petition is hereby dismissed. No costs. Rule discharged.
