By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 57 days caused in filing appeal against award passed by Reference Court.

Perused reasons as stated in application. The delay appears to have been caused on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Although respondents are served, contents of application are not controverted. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:

ORDER

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 57 days caused in filing appeal is hereby condoned. c.
