Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

Perused the charge sheet. There is no direct evidence against the applicant.

Bare allegations have been levelled against the applicant that he was present with the coaccused. The victim did not name the applicant. In the circumstances, applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(I) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Shrikant Chandrakant Selukar be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand ) with one solvent surety of the like amount in
