At the outset, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to add Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Aurangabad as a party respondent No.6. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for added respondent i.e. respondent No.6.

This petition challenges the order dated 21-12-2021 passed by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Aurangabad in proceeding No. 2021/Appeal/MLRC/CR-37/2021.

It transpired during the course of arguments of the respective learned advocates representing the parties that the case is finally heard by the Collector. Both the parties have submitted their arguments so also written arguments on record.

In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed off by directing respondent No.6 to decide the proceeding No.2021/Appeal/ MLRC/CR-37/2021. Accordingly, respondent No.6 is directed to decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Till the final order is passed, the parties shall maintain status quo.
