It is brought to the notice of this Court that blood stained clothes recovered from the applicant were sent for Chemical Analyser's report, which is still awaited.

In view of request made by Mr Rodge the case is based on circumstantial evidence and the report be expedited, it is directed that the said report be produced before the Court below along with supplementary charge-sheet within a period of ten weeks from today. 4.

The application as such stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the Court below after the report of Chemical Analyser in the form of supplementary charge-sheet is filed. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
